LV Bespoke
The Challenge
LV Bespoke, a Norfolk-based manufacturer of handcrafted garden metalwork, had spent years building a product range and a reputation to match. By the time I came on board, demand was growing faster than the systems behind it. Hundreds of products, trade relationships and orders were being held in spreadsheets and in the team's heads, which works right up until it doesn't. What they needed was the infrastructure to manage that growth and keep it going: a CRM, an online store, and a route into national retail.
What I Did
- Built HubSpot CRM from scratch, contact management, segmentation, Xero integration, and ongoing administration
- Launched and configured their Shopify store, onboarding the full product catalogue
- Established and manage marketplace listings across B&Q/Kingfisher Mirakl, Homebase, and Robert Dyas, with additional marketplaces currently being onboarded
- Handled GS1 EAN barcode assignment and Virtualstock supplier onboarding for marketplace compliance
- Ran ongoing B2B email marketing campaigns via HubSpot
The Results
B&Q, Homebase and Robert DyasThree national retailers, over 400 products live and growing, with more marketplaces being onboarded
From spreadsheets to a working systemHundreds of products, trade customers and orders, previously held in spreadsheets and institutional knowledge, now running through a CRM and an online store
Built while they kept tradingCRM, online store and national marketplaces stood up without pausing a growing business
5Twelve Elite Football
The Challenge
5Twelve Elite Football came to me with no digital presence at all. Before any design work began, I worked with them to sound out the structure of the academy itself, how sign-ups should work, what information they needed to capture, and how the site needed to support their "Elite" positioning, before building the site end to end, front and back.
What I Did
- Consulted on the academy's structure, sign-up process, and site requirements from scratch. There was no existing digital presence to build from
- Built a full custom WordPress theme from scratch using Claude Code, covering both front-end and back-end
- Designed a black-and-gold front end reinforcing the academy's "Elite" positioning, including dedicated Safeguarding and Programmes pages
- Wrote all copywriting and on-page SEO, managed through Yoast SEO
- Built a conditional-logic sign-up form (WPForms) that qualifies parents by capturing their child's age, footballing background, and ability, with completed enquiries routed to two Google Workspace mailboxes set up and connected to their domain via MX records
- Added a GDPR-compliant consent step and privacy policy given the form collects information about minors
- Hosted on Hostinger with a free SSL certificate, FileZilla to sync local and live copies of the site, and Local for local WordPress development
- Configured key plugins: All-in-One WP Migration, WP Mail SMTP, LiteSpeed Cache (with image compression for performance), and Smash Balloon Instagram Feed
The Results
Live before the new seasonBuilt end to end and launched to a fixed date, working back from the first week of term
Another World Camberley
The Challenge
Another World Camberley, a VR arcade, needed a cost-effective way to drive birthday party bookings through paid digital channels. They had a limited initial budget to test with and no existing paid media presence. The goal was to prove a viable cost per acquisition before scaling spend.
What I Did
- Planned and launched Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns targeting birthday party bookers
- Structured campaigns to test efficiently at low spend before scaling
- Managed ongoing campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and creative iteration
- Ran Mailchimp email marketing to nurture and retain existing customers
The Results
~£20Average cost of acquiring a birthday party booking, proved at low spend and held as budget scaled
R3 Road Risk Reduction
The Challenge
R3 Road Risk Reduction, a specialist road risk training provider, had low organic search visibility in a sector where credibility and discoverability are closely linked. Their website wasn't generating inbound interest and they had no content strategy in place to build authority in search engines or emerging AI-generated results.
What I Did
- Developed and executed a monthly long-form SEO/GEO content strategy
- Redesigned and maintained their WordPress site
- Managed their LinkedIn presence to build professional authority and reach
- Wrote content structured for both traditional search rankings and AI-generated responses (GEO)
The Results
Found by the right clientsMonthly long-form SEO and GEO content built visibility in a sector where being discoverable and being credible are the same thing
Vanessa Pinnington
The Challenge
Vanessa needed to get her book from manuscript to publication with no existing infrastructure in place, no formatted files, no cover, no publishing platform presence, and no way to capture reader interest ahead of launch. It sat slightly outside my usual marketing and web work, but the brief was the same: consult on what she needed, put the right systems in place, and lead the technical implementation through to a smooth launch and handover.
What I Did
- Formatted the manuscript into a properly structured ePub file via Draft2Digital, and prepared separate print-ready files for KDP
- Published the book direct on Amazon KDP for print and e-book, and distributed "wide" to other retailers (Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble) via Draft2Digital
- Designed the cover artwork in Canva for both the e-book and print editions, including spine width calculation for print
- Designed and built a website subscription pop-up, connected to a Mailchimp sign-up flow and initial nurture sequence
- Set up ongoing email subscription infrastructure, list management, sign-up forms, and automated sequences
The Results
Manuscript to published bookFormatted, designed and published across Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo and Barnes & Noble, with the author's website and subscriber list live for launch
SIK Properties
The Challenge
SIK Properties works with Kenyan diaspora clients, people living abroad who want to return to Kenya and invest in property, through a trusted local agent. The site needed to build confidence with clients evaluating a significant investment from a distance.
What I Did
- Consulted on site structure and requirements from the ground up, following the same end-to-end process used for 5Twelve Elite Football
- Built a full custom WordPress theme covering both front and back end
- Designed a property showcase and agent credibility content (process explainer, agent background, client testimonials) to build trust with an overseas audience considering a significant investment
- Built a WPForms enquiry form capturing budget, timeline, and property interest, routed directly to the SIK Properties team
- Managed on-page SEO through Yoast SEO, with content written for an international, English-speaking diaspora audience
- Used the same core technical workflow: Local for local development, Hostinger hosting with SSL, and FileZilla for deployment
The Results
A full custom build, second time aroundThe same end-to-end process used for 5Twelve, applied to an overseas audience evaluating a significant investment from a distance
